Smart is fully 'Investors in People' accredited and a member of the Institute of Customer Services. We are headquartered in Crewe, employing a team of around 80 highly trained professionals. That’s small and agile enough to respond to changing demands quickly, but also large enough to service effectively the needs of a wide range of clients, at any given time.
