This ensures that the valuable product training we put in on your behalf is retained knowledge that can grow. Our executives have joined us from a range of industry sectors, and their ages vary from eighteen to sixty. However, the one thing they do all have in common is the ability to build relationships for you and deliver real growth for your business.

Since holding his first directorship at the age of 21, Simon has always had a passion for creating and growing successful companies. This philosophy is what dynamically drives the teams at Smart, where everyone shares his enthusiasm for delivering the best possible results for our clients. His valuable business expertise is supported by a proven track record and commercial achievements. Simon actively works with Smart's management team to deliver successful campaigns, as he understands what is needed for a company to grow from initial start-up into a £multi-million turnover success.

Colin Bailey's extensive marketing knowledge and sales skills have been developed from working within a range of sectors, all at main board director level, including financial services and global outsourcing. He has led sales forces of 150+ and regulated call-centres with in excess of 2,000 seats; both in the UK and offshore. Colin is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing & the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He understands what drives a client's business and can assist in developing the most cost-effective marketing solutions for you.

Heather Carter is a Member of the Institute of Sales Marketing Management. She has a practical hands-on approach to business development, and has helped companies of all sizes (including FTSE and Fortune 500) to grow and prosper. Heather uses multiple communication channels and 'Prospect Finder' tools which can be applied to a diverse range of industry sectors within the UK; all focussed on delivering customer databases of real value for our clients. As a business, SMART was recognised by LTSB to offer a commercial marketing service that would add value to their UK operations and achieve business growth. The LTSB Prospect Finder Solution was successfully managed by Heather, enabling LTSB SME/LME business customers to outsource all or part of their sales and marketing activity to SMART. Working closely with your company, Heather and her team can achieve sustainable business growth in line with your strategic objectives.

Caroline Coles has a wealth of knowledge within the contact-centre industry and she manages day-to-day activities on behalf of clients. Caroline continually monitors every aspect of each campaign, to ensure they all remain in-line with clients' strategic objectives at all times. David has played a pivotal role in project management for over 7 years, initially supporting private sector clients and then moving on to managing a thriving public sector division 5 years ago. David came to SMART from a senior management position at BT where he was responsible for both inbound and outbound call centre teams.

Robert Jackson joined SMART in October 2002 and quickly progressed within the company. As the IT Manager, Robert is responsible for managing the IT and communications infrastructure and he co-ordinates the technical activities required for successful campaign management. Robert has many achievements including the development of the SMART REVEAL™ extranet, a web-based platform where clients can track the progress of their campaign and remotely access sales leads and reports.

Robert Evans came from a primarily retail sales background when he started work at SMART in 1999 as a telemarketing executive. His promotion to training manager in 2002 soon followed. Robert's experience in sales, both as a telemarketeer and a project manager, gives him a unique perspective and insight into what training strategies work best. His key role is devoted to training members of the SMART team using methods that support the individual, with the ultimate goal of becoming 'the best they can be.' Robert actively encourages executives to get involved in the call rather than read off a script; to represent the client as a 'real' person and thrive whilst developing strong business relationships.

Lynn Williams has held management positions for over eight years, of which 3 years were spent in training (within customer focused industries). As a customer relationship manager at SMART Lynn manages and supports the business development executives, ensuring they have all they need to fulfil the requirements for each client's campaign. Lynn is also responsible for liaising with the clients to ensure they are kept up-to-date with progress and are satisfied with their campaign results.

Jackie Woolley started working at SMART in March 2002 as a Business Development Executive. Following eight months of enjoyable work generating face-to-face appointments for a variety of SMART's clients, Jackie was promoted to team supervisor. Within two years she became a customer relationship manager. Jackie is currently responsible for the day-to-day running of projects and campaigns which cover a wide variety of industries and products.
