SMART is a specialist call centre in the educational marketplace providing a range of outsourced services for the private and public sectors, including; data profiling, inbound and outbound call centre; telebrokerage and proactive appointment generation. SMART operates two education divisions; SMART- KIT generating warm appointment leads for ICT and equipment suppliers to educational establishments; and SMART- COURSE from TNA to generating fully qualified appointments into SME and blue chip companies. SMART is an approved supplier to LSCs; Business Links; Enterprise Councils; and other Public Sector educational bodies, including colleges and universities. SMART is committed to education, and we are fundraising to build a school for 150 children in Ghana.
