Some accounts are managed and some don't get so much as a Christmas card. And as time moves on, the focus changes and staff leave, taking their 'cherry picked' data with them in Excel spreadsheets. And the cycle is repeated..

The details vary but this scenario is commonplace. There's a disconnect and huge value just drains from the business. The repercussions are serious, massively expensive and (in today's economic climate) increasingly fatal.

That's the easy option, but it's not the best place to start, because it's tactical. Initially we need to understand you at a strategic level – that's got to be the first step.
