Profiling follows on logically from the cleanse; we speak to the decision makers and find out more about their requirements, timings, budgets and propensity to buy – all invaluable information for our client companies.

The final strand of our telemarketing activity involves research. We undertake both market research programmes and customer satisfaction initiatives, to make sure that our clients are as informed as they possibly can be, in what is an increasingly competitive commercial environment for us all.
