Message from Heather

Hello and welcome to the first edition of SMARTicles! We've designed our e-magazine to keep both our customers and prospective clients up to date on what's going on here at SMART.

We've kept it brief and snappy and I hope you find it both informative and interesting. This edition focuses on the results of our recent customer satisfaction survey, the results of which were really pleasing to us here at SMART. Improving the service we provide, each and every day, is really important to me and the feedback from our clients has been fantastic – thanks to all of you who participated!

The customer is always right!

And given the results of the client satisfaction survey we undertook a few weeks ago, we couldn't agree more!

We sent the survey to every business that we've worked with over the last 3 years – a mix of current and past customers – asking a series of questions to help us gauge the quality of the service we provide, across all industries and to all types of client. And the results were really encouraging. Of the 32 companies that responded to the survey:

  • 91.7% rated our 'overall service' as either 'very good' (46.9%) or 'good' (43.8%)
  • Nobody scored us as 'poor'
  • 9 clients even provided us with referrals, either within their own business, or to subsidiary / partner businesses

In addition, the majority of customers provided us with fantastic testimonials relating to how we have helped grow their businesses. Here's a sample:

Building a Channel

We are currently looking to expand our channel partner network – offering generous commissions for business that's referred to SMART and extending the portfolio of services that our channel partners can offer their customers.

If you come across a business that requires a b2b data management and contact specialist, please let us know.

This might be within a different department of your own organisation, a subsidiary company, through a trade body perhaps, or it might simply be an existing client with a requirement you wouldn't normally regard as serviceable.

We can deliver appointment generation, data cleansing and profiling, market research and customer satisfaction programmes. These can be either delivered as SMART, or as 'white label' projects and in either case we are offering generous commissions, not only for the initial project, but on any further business that we undertake with the referred client.
